Restylane Perlane should be injected into the deep layer of the dermis and/or the surface layer of the subcutis. Restylane Perlane is supplied in a single-use, glass syringe containing either 0.5 ml or 1 ml. The contents of the syringe have been sterilized using moist heat. A 27 G needle is included in the 0.5 ml pack; two 27 G needles are included in the 1 ml pack.
