Dispatch

All orders for items that are on our stock are dispatched within 2 working days. All orders for items that are not currently held in our stock are dispatched within approximately 3-5 days. All deliveries are made from Germany via German Postal Service. We deliver goods worldwide. The approximate time of shipment to all European countries is 3-5 days, shipping time to non European countries is checked individually on request.

Returns

In case you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item within 10 days, along with the original invoice. We will credit your account, or exchange the item for another selection. In case of returns shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The goods must be complete, undamaged and unsoiled and with the original packaging and labels intact.
